Simon’s Electronics is a trading name of Sparky Lab’s Limited. We are not VAT registered so all prices shown are what you pay before shipping. We will supply invoices on request made out to the person / company / address shown in the billing section.

Ordering
All items advertised are to the best of my knowledge in stock however errors may occur under extraneous circumstances.
Payment is due before any goods are shipped.
Customs and Duties
As of the 01/01/2021 the UK is no longer an EU member. This means that deliveries outside of the UK may incur import duty / VAT or GST charges locally. You are responsible for the payment of these charges and understand that these are not covered in the sale + carriage cost. Rejecting a delivery will be subjected to the below conditions.
Order cancellations, Delivery Rejections, returns & faults.
If you wish to cancel an order you may do so prior to shipment, please notify us immediately. Cancellations will be refunded at the original order value minus handling fees of 5% providing the order has not shipped yet.
If you reject a delivery the item will (hopefully) be returned to us. once it is safely back in our hands we will refund the purchase price minus any carriage costs and a restocking fee of 7% of the total order value.
If the item is returned due to problems with delivery at your end or insufficient information in the address you can opt to have the item cost minus any carriage and 5% of the total order value refunded or for the item to be resent at your additional cost.
If you deem the item faulty please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to establish the best solution.
Payments
You may pay by PayPal, Stripe or bank transfer,
If you pay by bank transfer please use your order number as the reference and if not advise to sales@simonselectronics.co.uk with all possible details that will help identify / match your payment to the order. We get numerous bank transfer orders that do not get paid and some payments that have nothing in common with an order, so if a payments does not obviously match an order your order will not ship until you make contact and confirm the payment details.
Shipping
A weight based calculation of shipping cost is applied to your cart and available options shown. UK customers may choose from several specific options while international orders will be shipped with our preferred couriers based on experience with that country and the order type to best ensure safe and speedy delivery. If you have a preference or special requirements please make contact before you order and we will do our best to help with a solution.
Shipping will be done as soon as possible, orders are usually packed same day and ship the next, again if you have a particular requirement or deadline please contact us by email and we will try to work with you..
Privacy / Data Protection
The data we hold about you is that which you provide to us. This is your billing and/or shipping address(s), phone number and email address. These details are required all or in part by the various carriers used to deliver your order.
Your details are retained on this websites server as a record of transactions. You details are passed to couriers for shipment of your order. Your details will be part of records for accounting purposes. Your payment details will be handled and retained by the third party payment processor you choose to pay through. All files with customer details are stored on and backed up to encrypted storage.
If you wish to know what details we do have about you or you wish to have them amended please contact sales@simonselectronics.co.uk from the email address used in your order and give your full name as it appears on your order and preferably an order number. At our discretion once we are happy that you are who you say you are we will be happy to do this however should we receive multiple/nuisance data requests from the same person we reserve the right to charge a fee of £10.00 per subsequent disclosure payable up front.
We will never ever pass your details on to anyone else not listed above law enforcement excluded as applicable by UK law which we have no control over and must abide by. Your details will not be used for any purpose other than to full fill your order and are not processed in any way other than as required by accounting and record keeping.
